help please with calorie goal

hi all.

just wondering which calorie intake i should be using...

i'm 5'5'' 27 years and work at supermarket on tills.

i plan to do 3 workouts 30 mins each a week. prob c25k.

One site says 1450, Another says 1346 and Mfp says 1290 to loose 1lb a week.

    Other sites include exercise in your recommended calories, which is why they give you more. MFP is different and, in my opinion better, because it only gives you exercise calories for the workouts you actually do.

    I've used MFP as designed from day one rather than doing hard sums, so I recommend using its calorie recommendations*, eating all or most of your exercise calories (use the amount of minutes you spend walking and running separately for C25K), planning your meals in advance and logging all your food. Good luck!

    * Unless you have a lot to lose, go with MFP's recommendations for 1lb loss a week. It's far easier to stick to long term and you'll probably still get a faster weight loss at first.

    I find to get the best answer use a numbe of sites and find an average, i did this to help gain weight and muscle mass, and i have gone from 145.6lb to 151.2lb in a month and abit. Make sure you get theright macronutrient amount as well as too much or something and not enough of the other will also not allow you to reach your goals on losing weight.
