HELP! i cant log food

okay, this has been really bugging me for like 3 weeks. mfp on the internet page will not let me log food. its just not happening, is it just me whos having this happen or? also anyone know who you contact to complain. it logs fine on my phone but my blackberry aps rubbish tbh and takes ages to load etc.

any help would be brilliant, thankyou!!
