Health and Fitness!

Hey everyone,
I'm a 21y/o girl, looking to eat clean and get fit! I've never been overweight (in fact been underweight for most of my life) but gained a lot of weight after starting university 3 years ago, where my eating habits went out of control and my metabolism slowed down. Since I was skinny for most of my life, I was used to eating whatever I wanted. I unfortunately still have a sweet tooth which is probably my biggest problem. Because I like eating healthy salads, pasta, fish, veggies etc - but I snack A LOT and love desserts! And cheese, mmm. So I'm definitely looking to moderate my addiction to sweet stuff, and continue eating the healthy stuff. Going to take a lot of willpower as I am a glutton!

I've never been terribly active - my fitness tends to comes in phases. I did the 30 day shred 2 years ago and saw results, and did it occasionally since, but now I find it a little boring. I used to jog and swim just occasionally, but never enough to see any changes. So I just started Ripped in 30 yesterday and am really excited, and hope to do it 5 times a week! Also planning to do a 5km run once or twice a week.

I'm 5'3 and 116lbs, but I have a small frame (I used to be 100 before moving to university and peaked to 120 at my unhealthiest!). I'm not too fussed about the numbers, but I have a lot of excess body fat (especially on the tummy, hips and thighs) which looks out of place on my petite frame! My goal is to be lose the excess fat and feel great in a bikini! Really looking forward to meeting all of you! :)
