Hi all - newbie to MFP and looking for friends

Hi all. I am a 36 year old father / husband who is feeling and looking like a beached whale. Started on a new strict regime of food intake, calorie burning and weight lifting. It is always nice to have other people to chat to who are in similar boats. Also looking for advice on weights to make sure I dont kill myself with them lol. Please add me if you like

    I'm new as well, feel free to add me- 29 year old working woman, no kids (2 dogs!) and a husband. Like fitness/working out, but difficult with my demanding 70 hr /wk job- I often hit the gym hard for a few months, and then a big project comes through and I lose focus. I like healthy foods, but during stressful times at work, I stress eat & hit the vending machine. I also travel about 50% of the time for work, which makes things difficult.

    Switched to MyFitnessPal from Livestrong My Plate bc I hate the new app.
