1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 T. Jello Sugar-Free instant pudding mix (dry powder)
ice
Put all ingredients in blender and enjoy
you can add an extra tablespoon of the pudding mix for more banana flavor or add your protein for a yummy protein shake (just change the calorie information)

I just throw a banana and milk in the blender with some ice. I never really thought about adding some extra flavor- protein powder or peanut butter next time!0
