1 banana 7-8"
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 T. Jello Sugar-Free instant pudding mix (dry powder)
ice

Put all ingredients in blender and enjoy :)

you can add an extra tablespoon of the pudding mix for more banana flavor or add your protein for a yummy protein shake (just change the calorie information)
