motivation

i have been very depressed lately and kinda losing motivation and i dont want that to happen. my weight is staying still.. but my brain is slipping away from diet..
any helpful hints?

Your over half way there, it's all downhill as far as I can see. Keep your chin up and drive to your goal. I've only lost 1 pound in 2 months but with this site and planning I will lose my 20 to 25 lbs!:happy:0

Hey - cheer up - you have swum half the river now either you can go back or swim to the finish - either way you have to swim so why not keep at it and finish it . Good going till now - don't loose heart ..... you can do it.0
