A question about the scale

How often do you guys weigh yourself and is it better to weigh yourself in the morning, mid-day, or evening before you go to bed? Thanks in advance for all the advice.

When you measure is less important than doing it at the same time every day. You will weigh less in the morning than you will in the evening so that's when I weight myself. I feel better that way LOL.0

I usually weigh myself once a week- except very recently, when my car broke down and I couldn't get to the gym(I use their scale).
The important thing is that you do it at the same time every time- whether that's mid-day, morning, whatever. You will weigh a little less in the morning simply because you haven't eaten anything. But if you're consistent about the time, it doesn't matter too much.0
