Eating won't make it better

I've been on MFP for about a year and a half and have been maintaining my goal weight for almost a year. The past few months I have been under a lot of stress, money trouble, family stuff. This past month I have been slipping back into some bad habits, eating too much and eating stuff that is not good for me. Also I have nopt been exercising like I know I need to. All the while I've gained a few pounds back.

Lucky for me I am still under goal weight but I have gained three pounds in two weeks. If I keep this up I could gain all my weight back before I know it. And you know what-the eating doesn't make me feel any better. It doesn't help people, in fact it makes me feel worse. Don't use stress and family problems as an excuse to eat crap and sit around. If anything, controling the things I can makes me feel a little less stressed.

Stop making excuses and do what you know is good for you. If you are having problems over eating will just make it worse. Take the best care of yourself possible and at least one area of your life will going in a positive direction. We can do this this even with all of lifes obsticles!! good luck everyone-remember today is a new day!! Make the best of it!!!
