I'm new to this, and learning as I go, so olease educate me. If I'm making a recipe homemade that has six servings, and I use a can of stuff in in whose label says 3 servings, do I devide the total in the whole can in half to equal the 6 servings I plan the recipe to be?

If there are 3 servings in the can, and you are adding the whole can. Then you times the amounts by 3. The calculator in the receipe section will divide the calories and such for you. For example, my recipe calls for 1 can of tomato soup. There are 2 servings in the can so 2 x calories, 2 x fat, 2 x sodium....etc. Input what the TOTAL amounts of the can are.0
