Weight Loss Tricks Needed

Last week I only lost half a pound :grumble: so I decided that this week I will do every cliche weight loss trick in the book!
So far today I drank green tea and added cinnamon to my oatmeal-both said to increase metabolism. Any tips to add? Anything added I will do! :smile: Also I opened up my Food Diary so you can creep if needed!

    Yes, make sure you're eating enough!! Don't starve yourself! Make sure your body is getting what it needs. And track track track everything. And exercise!
