Hello Everybody,

I have a HUGE issue...I plateaued for a few days, and then within the past couple of days I've gained. I eat about 1000 calories a day and do 2 hours of yoga and an hour of circuit training and cardiovascular exercise. I'm SO frustrated...

Anyone have any ideas how to change this?

Thanks

MFP has a 500 calorie per day built in deficit. You should be eating a MINIMUM 1200 calories per day PLUS eat back as much of your exercise calories as you can. You are entering the "starvation mode". In other words your body is fighting to hold onto what fat reserves it can and anything you have probably been losing for awhile has been BOTH fat AND muscle. You want to lose JUST FAT so eat more.
