Monday Never Comes......

I was talking to a friend and she was saying "Come Monday I'm going to switch my diet, Monday Im going to start working out!, Monday Im going to get my life on track" and today is Tuesday so I was thinking to myself I have done this a million times in the past also and than Monday comes and Im off track by Wednesday and than you say "Oh I will start back over again on next Monday because Im already half way through the week" So than you relize its a cycle that you keep doing and before you know it,you look up and MONDAY NEVER COMES..... so I am Challenging all MFP to live for today and if you get off track dont wait until MONDAY to start again start that same day you have to prioritize get back on track and put other things on the back burner it doesn't matter your health matters Live for today because MONDAY MAY NEVER COME
