I am totally dragging today. I didn't sleep well and I have no energy. I'm trying to figure out what to eat for lunch to give me some energy for this afternoon's workout. I'm at work, so I can't cook anything, but I can get out to get pretty much anything that doesn't have to be cooked (including hitting the grocery store). Anyone have any recommendations for me? I have to be ready for P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps about 3:15 this afternoon. Help!
