Any recommendations for a program i can start?

Im not one to obsess over the scale, but ive only lost 2lbs this entire month. I am on the 12 week get fit program by Jamie Eason (and currently on WEEK 5). I eat clean and exercise 5 times a week. Is it too soon to shed some real fat or what. I feel that this program may not be right for me, losing confidence over here. Im looking for some muscle building (think bikini competitor) and fat loss.
What are your routines? Do you follow a program?

I love my Chalene Extreme. As far as 12 week programs go I find that I have seen the most results on hers.

I love Chalean Extreme too but, my understand is that if you want that competitor type body then you really need to do compound barbell lifts rather than dumbells. i shall reiterate the usual recommendations of starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5.

hope you find what you are looking for.

I noticed that i would have to pay for this program. Of course thats not a big issue, my health is very important to me. But i'm currently a little tight on cash. Ill need to check out reviews to see if it is worth it for me. Thanks ladies!!!!

Well there is a difference between fat loss and building muscle and have different approaches. Fat loss is require to have a deficit and muscle gain requires a surplus. To answer the question, i like p90x, p90x2 and chalean extreme.

yep, all beach body programs do and the food is good! I love P90X2's meal guide and food better than regular P90X.
