Good mornin ladies
Went and saw the new Transformers movie last night and loved it
I did indulge in a little ice cream before the movie but I was watching my food choices all day to pepair for the treat. I think I still went over tho.:grumble: I will try to get in a good workout tonight to get me back on track. I am having a hard time staying on track with my cousin in town I am spending time with her instead of working out and eating things she doesn't get at home and I don't make all the time. I have not fallen off the wagon just stumbling a little.

Smadag - try to incorporate some activity with your cousin - hiking, frisbee, tennis, putt putt, swimming, bowling - any of it is exercise. You don't want to go backwards and start again!
Did running intervals last night on the bike trail - it about killed me - it was almost 90 and was so hot hard to breath - but we walked and ran for 1 hour 10 minutes and burned over 700 calories....my original intention was to do couch to 5k week 8 #2 but just couldn't keep going with the heat to I would run (not jog) for a bit then walk about the same distance - then repeat - I was hurting last night and feeling not so good today so it will be a rest day today....I've exercised 6 days straight so I need a rest anyway.0 -
I just realized our challange ends next friday. Hope I meet my goal0
