Intense Intervals

I just did the MOST intense intervals from shape magazine

it went something like

march in place 2 min
jumping jacks 2 min
speed skater 2 min
jump rope 2 min
squats 2 min
jump rope 2 min
speed skater 2 min
march in place 2 min

i could only do half of it,it is way tooooo hot!

    you stand feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent
    and then place your left arm out in front of your right side while hopping off your left foot
    and then place your right arm in front of the left side of your body while hopping off your right foot

    just like skating! but without the fun :laugh:

    this interval session, if you build it to 30 minutes, burns 280 cals!

    I'm going to have to try this tonight. Kinda sounds like fun and my daughter will probably do it with me.
