Do you all take exercise/workout breaks?

I did the Insanity program, then immediately started a P90X/Insanity hybrid and then did Insanity again. My problem is that I felt very tired this last round. I was always tired and my legs were always fatigued. I think I was eating enough, I was sleeping enough I was just rundown.

I'm going to start P90X again and want to lift as heavy as I can but was wondering should I take a short break? If so how long would you recommend? I can't stay still for very long, I was thinking maybe a complete week of rest. What are your thoughts?

    you should do the insanity recovery week. tha way you are still doing something light but it's not stenuous.
