Weight Loss Group Recommendation

I would love to belong to a weight loss group (like the 100+ pound group, etc) but I am not sure which one I would fit into best. Could you guys recommend a group that would work well for me? I think the added accountability would do wonders!

i am doing the mfp biggest loser group if you will call it that. we watch the biggest loser on tuesday and post our weights on wed. i dont always watch but posting weekly keeps me motivated. i did see a valentines , 100 pound and july groups. i think any of them would be helpful if your looking to post and be accounable. if that doesnt work maybe checking in with an online friend weekly could help good luck. let me know if i can help.0

You are more than welcome on the 100 pound club... you may not have had 100 to lose but you were close. There aren't any rules and no one is excluded. It just seems that sometimes it's easier to relate to someone who's been in your shoes or is still in your shoes! And I think 80 is close enough it's not set in stone! It would just be hard for someone that needs to lose 75 to 100 pounds to relate to someone that only needs to lose 10. I think that's hard for some brains to wrap around. The flab on my left arm weighs 10 pounds! hahahahaha0

I also check in with The Biggest Loser Group because I re-joined MFP just when the new season was beginning. I think it is lasting until the end of the show which is in April I think. It does motivate me and keeps me thinking since I weigh in every Wednesday morning and I want to see at least 2 pounds gone.0
