Hi

Can anyone help me? I use a lot of fitness DVDs - does the database hold calories burned information for popular fitness DVDs? I've looked and I don't think it does but then again it has just taken me 10 minutes to figure out how to post a new topic!

I'd really like to know how many calories I'm burning for different types of DVD.

Any advice gratefully received
