Strength Training Calories Burned

I do an intense 20 minutes of lifting heavy at my gym. My HRM (which is inaccurate for stength training) gives me a whopping 250 calories burned. MFP gives me 80 calories burned.
I usually just go with the lower number, but was wondering what other opinions are on this. Thanks for the input!

In my experience MFP grossly under rates calories burned during strength training.0
