Its been like this forever now! Everytime Ive tried to be healthier I last for about 3 weeks then quit and never look back......atleast for 6-14 months....Im just saying it takes me waaayyy too long to get back on track and i usually end up weighing EVEN MORE than I did before! Its a vicious cycle! IM TERRIFIED this is happening to me again!! The 3 week mark landed on our moving day unfortunantly so we ate out a lot for about 3 days and if I wanna be completely honest....even longer after a couple home cooked meals
well its been exactly 2 weeks since we moved and Ive yet to get back on track! Ive started drinking again too. Its very easy for me to give up soda but as I sit here typing Im sippin a pepsi....thats how I know Im in trouble because I barely drink soda as it is so drinking soda is like saying to myself "well theres no turning back now youve already effed it all up!"
I know this is going to be for a super long time seeing how much weight ive got to lose so a little tip i took from someone is just setting up mini ultimate goals to 20lbs instead of having a huge ultimate goal of 125lbs because frankly its depressing and seems unreachable. but what else can I do to get back and stay on track? how do i keep my mind strong?? any advice will be GREATLY appreciated! I really dont want to continue this cycle that does no good for me

*hugs* a day at a time. a slip is not a fall. take each day as a new chance to dedicate yourself to your goals. give yourself permission to have bad days. that way they dont depress you. in fact, i'd even say set up some "cheat" days along the way. if everything is forbidden, they become more tempting and harder to resist. good luck!!0
