How do you account for making a pitcher of something like Crystal Light or kool-aid, or whatever. Do you do 5 calories for the mix and a glass of water in the water section?

I am curious about this too.0

If I were tracking my water intake I'd just include each glass I poured from the pitcher. It's just like keeping a pitcher of plain water in the fridge and pouring from that. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question though.
I don't see the need to count the 5 calories in Crystal Light. especially if you're using one 5-calorie packet to make a whole pitcher.0
