On my way to a new me!!!

Hello Everyone,

I have join MFP last year but never use it . So a few week's ago I have decided to give it a try and I love it.
I believe that if i did it before I would have been where I need to be but anyway's it's not too late.
Keeping my weight off as alway's been a problem for me but i'm loving MFP cause i'll be able to
maintain my weight with MFP. Also i'm looking for some friends to help motivate me.

    You joined MFP about the same time as me (last summer). I've had quite a few ups & downs since then, and had to start from scratch again after Christmas, as I regained a lot of weight (not good! :embarassed: ) but I think it does work well for people who use it properly (which I am trying to do at the moment!)

    Anyway, welcome back - wishing you lots of success this time around :flowerforyou:
