Boy Im stinking..lost the first 10 fast, but now I have kinda platued I think. I started something new today though. I am adding alot more fiber to my diet, it is supposed to help. So maybe I will actually show some numbers next week! I HOPE!!!!!!

I just can't seem to hold on to my 1 pound. It comes and goes. One day I'm excited and motivated, the next i'm down and ready to give up. I hope next week is better for me.

I felt great about yesterday. I walked 2 miles and ran just over 1. and then went for a bikeride last night that about 4 miles. I stayed under my 1200 cals. At the end of the day with the exercising it said I could eat another 721 calories lol. I think I consumed about 1150. I left it at that
I just want to get under 160 this week. I have been hovering here for too long and really want to be in the 150s!

Well, ladies, only a 0.6 lb loss this week for me, but I am claiming it as a definite victory because I've had company all week and it has absolutely thrown off my routine exercise-wise. I credit this site (and the lovely motivation from all you guys ) with helping me to learn to make GOOD CHOICES :drinker: . Hope everyone had had a super week.

Im looking forward to weighing in tomorrow, but scared that once again I wont see much of a loss. I have really stepped up my game this week. Staying under my 1200 calories, plus walking atleast 30 min. a day, if not 60. Plus doing a 30 minute workout tape each day. I just really want to get under 160! lol0

I'm not weighing in yet (although it looks like the scale hasn't moved since last week:grumble: ) - I just wanted to share some good news! Yesterday was weigh/measure day at Curves and it showed that in the last month I lost 6 pounds and 7 inches! I did a happy dance! Thanks for your support ladies, it has meant a lot.
Hope scale budges for tomorrow!
p.s. I go to the orthodontist this afternoon to get my braces off after a 2-year ordeal including jaw surgery, so I am having a really good week!:drinker:0 -
ok,,,,so I cheated and got on the scale lol. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, no clothes. Well after my 70 min walk this morning !!! I decided to get on,, clothes and all...after eatting and drinking coffee and water. And it looks like I lost atleast a couple lbs this week!!!!!! I will wait for morning for official weigh in though. I am just too excited! lol0
