Ok, I'm back from school for the summer, and I'm finding it very difficult to stay on track. I've gained about three pounds since being home and do NOT WANT to continue down that path! I'm going to try really hard to be diciplined again, but it's hard because I'm never home! Any words of encouragement would be welcomed! Thanks so much and let me know if anyone else needs a pick me up!

Don't give up. Don't let one bad day start you in a spinning cycle downward. Make sure that you have healthy snacks to take with you when you are on the go so that you don't grab a bag of chips or candy bar. Take some water with you and drink it throughout the day. Try to get a little but of exercise in but if you can't at least try to eat like you should. Give yourself a break and don't be hard on yourself, but don't give up on yourself either.

You, like many of the rest of us, have gotten into a routine and when you leave the comfort of the environment where you did so well your mind (and body) now look at it as a vacation so they both drop the need to stay focused.

You will, again like so many of the rest of this, have to fight both your mind and body to make the work you've accomplished keep moving forward and the only way to do that is to look at this not as a diet but as a lifestyle change.

It's not easy but you can do it. Good Luck.
