Body By Vi Help?

I've started doing the meal supplements at breakfast, my question is should i still be tracking my calories? I typically am not a good breakfast eater, so having the shake is helping me. I"m trying to loose 9 lbs and have been working out a lot, but the scale is not budging. Any insight would be wonderful! Thanks in advace!

    I'd start tracking calories for sure. Two scoops of powder has 90 calories so with a cup of skim milk you are only looking at around 170 calories. You may be eating too little. Track for a few days and make sure you are eating enough ; )
