I have started taking a multi vitamin and Glucisamine Chondroitin and they have "calories". Should I count these in my daily calorie limit. I am eating 1240 per day, weight 147.

I do, my wife likes me to take fish oil pills. I also count the fat and protein in them. They have no carbs, so they're a great way of boosting my fat and protein calories.
You don't have to formally track them, but the more thorough you are with what you log, the more accurate data you're getting on what you eat.0
