Friends, support, a general kick up the backside needed

I use the excuse that I'm stressed (42, full time university student, three kids, a cat, a dog, a husband, and what feels like a never ending list of chores and assignments to do) or that I'm sore (arthritis, but I will be honest it's not that bad) or that I'm just to busy (really show me someone who isn't) to get my *kitten* together and get myself to a health weight. Need some friends who will help me stay motivated and give me a little much needed support. I have a good sence of humor, and am fairly active (gardening, walking the dog) but my big down fall is food and sugar is my weekness. As a sideline I love knitting and sewing, so add me please I would love to hear about you and hopefully we can do this together.
