Never be satisfied.

When embarking on your fitness and wellness journey, there is only a start. There is no finish. Never be satisfied, or content with where you are, only be concerned about where you are headed. You can always get leaner, run faster, and be stronger.

    Wow thats great advice! I always wondered once I was down to my goal weight then what do I do? It's better to view it as life long improvement, theres alwyas something more! Good motivational tip!
