too much fish?

So for lunch today I had a lean cuisine that had pollock...for dinner i really want swai...is that too much fish in one day?

    no. Unless you're trying to eat a seven pound piece of fish.

    Are you worried about mercury? I ate raw fish twice a day for several months straight and didn't notice any adverse effects. It's pretty much all Eskimos eat. I think it's really hard to eat too much fish.

    I ate too much fish once and started growing gills.
    It helped me swim under water for a long time, but it was hard for my wife to put a hickey on my neck.

    You would only need to worry if they were high mercury fish. I don't think those are.

    Fish were put in the sea to be eaten en masse.

    That is their delicious purpose in life.
