I am new to MFP and I was trying to enter my exercise for today. I am on level one but couldn't find it in the database. I wasn't sure how to break it down. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

most of us log it under "circuit training, general", but if you have a HRM, that is the best way, good luck0

I bought a heart rate monitor and the circuit training on here was pretty close to the number so use that. my watch cost $119...0

I logged mine under "aerobics-general" when I did it because I followed the easier routine first time around until my stamina built up more. I plan on doing the 30 DS again in a few weeks and so long as I can keep up with it I will log as circuit training. I feel like personally, for me, this helps me be more honest with myself as to how many calories I burned. Good luck! I loved that DVD0
