Bored just running on the treadmill, so I started B210K!

I finished the C25K back at the beginning/middle of March. I've been pretty consistently running 3-3/12 miles three days a week. I was starting to hit a wall because I was bored out of my mind. Someone here mentioned the Bridge to 10K and I remembered how much I loved the C25K with it's challenge every week, so I thought I would do it.
I started today and did a bit of a adjusting to meet what I felt like I could do, like I did with the C25K. I did 15 minutes running, 2 minutes walking, 15 minutes running, 2 minutes walking and then 10 minutes running with a sprint for my last 5 minutes. So I ran 4 miles. I am definitely feeling it! LOL. But I am happy and hoping that this will put me past the wall that seemed to be holding me back!
