Easy filling salmon recipe! (not a lot of salmon needed)

So, out of inspiration from one of my cooking-inclined friends, I decided to try to mimic his salmon and rice recipe, but with simpler, cheaper ingredients. Surprisingly, it ended up being delicious and filling (I'm a horrible cook).
1 serving:
1/2 to1 average palm-sized salmon filet, defrosted, cut into small chunks (~100 Calories)
1 cup cooked brown rice (1/2cup uncooked) 150 Calories
Corn and Green Beans- however much you want!
Lemon Juice
Almond Milk (I don't drink milk) (80 Calories/Cup, but only a few Tablespoons needed)
Hot Mexican Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Garlic (lots!)
Salt (just a little is needed)
Put the salmon into a pan with about 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil, also adding the seasonings however you like. Once the salmon is about 95% done, turn off heat to not over cook. Add Lemon juice and sit for a few minutes. Once rice is done, add salmon and the lemon juice (to taste) in the pan to the rice along with heated corn and green beans into a bowl. Mix in anywhere from 1 Tablespoon to 3 Almond Milk (depending on how creamy you want it and how you like the taste). Stir up and enjoy! I know it's simple and so many people have probably done something like this before, but I thought it was awesome! I personally used a LOT of garlic and lemon juice, but it depends on the person. Also, I'm sure it'd taste similar with regular milk, but I thought the nutty flavor of almond milk was great with the nutty flavor of brown rice. HUGE bowl of food and not too many Calories! I used 1/2 of a filet and found it filling enough, but a whole filet would only add 50 more Calories!
Edit: I believe his recipe had some sort of white cheese in it. The almond milk was my substitute for that.
