Hey Everyone,
I used this website a year or so ago to get down to my target weight, then stopped being honest with myself about what i was really consuming. I would give myself "cheat" days and binge, causing my weight to slowly creep up again where it once was. Now I am trying to get back on track and get back down to my target weight. Any tips and tricks for staying on the wagon would be much appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Don't eat out and defiantly stay away from buffets. I quit soda and went to water with a squirt of MIO every once in a while to slow down that soda urge. I did Insanity and that was burning more calories than I was consuming even on those burger days. I eat 5 times a day to stop that starving feeling, just keep them small and no eating after 7pm. (that was a hard one).0
