Mmmmm....YESSSSSSS....
You'll need:
1.5 oz pitted dates
1 can garbanzo beans (or you can soak regular ones...either way, 1 4/5 c.)
3 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking soda
3 tbl peanut butter (or nut butter. If you're allergic, sub oil)
5 tbls sugar free chocolate chips
1/4c quick oats
1/2 c milk of some kind (depending on the consistency you can use from 3 tbl to 1/2 c)
3 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar blend
I combined all ingredients into a food processor except the chocolate chips. Blend well. Top with chocolate chips and enjoy! I froze mine up a bit and added some cocoa powder and it was delicious! I split mine into four big bowls. It's so sweet you can hardly finish it (but I did LOL).
