I'm on birth control, and normally still have my bf wear a condom. However on Saturday in the heat of the moment we didn't use the condom. On Sunday (next day) I realized I forgot to take my birth control pill on Friday. I obviously took two pills sunday, but am freaking about the possibility of being pregnant. My period is due in 6 days and checked with multiple online fertility calculators, so saturday was after my ovulation dates, but still am freaking out.

My mom was on birth control when she had all my brother, me, and my sister. So I am totally freaked out.

Very unlikely. It is too late to use plan B. Best thing is to wait and see.

Don't panic. There is a chance, but it is pretty slim. Good luck and remember, you gotta wrap those suckers up! They are deadly.

We had different terms for that when I was in high school.

There is a possiablity, but the best thing to do is not to stress out plan b works within 72 hours of sex. If its past that try not to freak out aboout it because if you stress you could cause your period to be late. Try and keep things as close to normal for the next 7 days...if you haven't gotten your period by then take a test.
Edit to add, experance...Two unplanned pregancies.

No offence but I thought this was a weight-loss site.

If your period is due in a few days, you've likely already ovulated and were not fertile anymore when you did have sex, so you're probably not pg, but I can see why you're freaked out....hope it's a false alarm and the outcome is what you want it to be. Hugs!

It could turn into a "how did you lose your baby weight" thread......

No offense but if you're strictly concerned with weight loss you're in the chit chat/ fun and games section because...?

Ay V! ): There is a chance, but it's probably a slim one. Try to stay cool because if you stress out about it, your period will disappear /: Lmk if you need me to run to Walgreens! Or for moral support.

This is very important to know for the possibility of being pregnant.

If you use your birth control correctly, it can be up to 99% effective. In the 9 years I was on birth control (the pill and, for a time, the patch), I never had a problem. If you don't use it properly, as in, you miss days, the effectiveness goes down by quite a bit. I think you're fine, but it is worth having a test if you miss your period. Remember, too, that stress can disrupt your cycle. Try not to worry too much.

Don't panic just yet, or you will work yourself up for nothing. Just wait it out.
