I don't know how to post them on here, but if you look at my profile I have one posted from Day 1 and one from today (day 7). You can see a difference and I'm only on level 1!0

I don't think that it matters that there are already similar posts. Are you supposed to search them all before you make your own post? Anyway, good luck on your shred! Make sure to take pics and measure. It's a great workout.. Just don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't go down.. Your body is going to make changes.. That's why the pics and measurements are so important.0

I've also done 30 DS and it's a great program. Just remember Level 1 is the easiest! Don't let it fool you into thinking the DVD is easy....it's not. Level 2 most will say is the hardest. You'll need determination and perseverance to get through it...but just remember others have done it, you can, too.0 -
