Please help!!! Am I supposed to net at least 1500 calories a day?! And if I burn 600 calories extra a day I need to eat that many back? As long as I stay under my 1500 calorie goal (for net) I will still lose 2Lbs a week? If I'm not making sense let me know and I will

MFP takes into consideration the 1000 calorie deficit you need to lose two lbs a week. That means, according to your age, weight and activity level you would maintain your weight if you ate 2500 calories.
So if your burned 600 calories jogging, you could eat 3100 calories to maintain your weight..
1lb of fat = 3500 calories
Hope this helps:)0 -
