I'm not sure how many people are familiar with bodyrock, but I need help.

I don't know how to log the workouts in MFP's exercise tracker! I just did a 12 minute session and am sweating at least as much as I do after a 20 minute (home) zumba session. If anyone out there has a key for how to log the bodyrock workouts, please share! I would be very happy to hear it!

Use a HRM and log it as high intensity training?

I would, but I don't have a HRM and I don't have the money to buy one. :grumble:

I usually log minutes burned as 10 cals per minute, the intensity is quite high and I feel like I'm getting a good burn, but I need to invest in an HRM soon!

I use my HRM and log the workouts under cardiovascular and add it under my own title of bodyrock circuits with warm up and cool down
