First Sprint Tri

I just signed up for my first sprint triathlon and I am freaking out a little bit. It is a 1/3 mile swim, 15 mile bike and 5K run. I have been doing some 5Ks. Nothing serious. I run one in about 38 minutes. I am still over 180lbs at about 5'3". I have been swimming laps about once a week- swimming 1/2 mile in about 35-40 minutes. Spinning once a week (not warm enough to bike outside yet here). I do about 25 miles in an hour at spin class.

I have about 4 months left to train for the tri but I don't know where to start. In addition to spinning and swimming I am weight training 3 days a week, doing Zumba twice a week, ,cardio dance twice a week, and yoga twice a week. I guess I should start giving some of that up tot swim and run more.

Any advice? Am I insane? Really my goal is just to finish,
