Starting Maintenance - Any tips?

I'll make this short & sweet. I was 244 at my heaviest weight. Started MFP at 204 in January 2011. Reached my goal of 155 in November 2011. Been floating about 148 - 150 since this January with my goal set at 1/2 loss. I've been going over some days telling myself that it's ok because if I were on maintenance..... Well today is the day! I switched my goal to maintenance. I am freaking nervous as heck! I don't think I'll go crazy, I know how to eat, I log every day, I drink alot (water), I exercise 5 days a week.

Truth be, I am scared of losing control or maybe of slipping. I know that there are alot of you out there that have successfully maintained for a long time. I'd love some suggestions, thoughts, ideas and tips. This is a forever lifestyle change for me - I got that thought down. I don't know why I am so apprehensive? I have a great core group of friends on here and I am thankful for the support I've received and that I've got to be part of their journeys also. Looking for a few more friends that are on maintenance. Add me if you'd like. I'm sassy but I'm nice.

Any tips are greatly appreciated!
