Stuck at same wt...

Grrr... I've been stuck at same weight for a month now. Yes, my body fat is coming down. Yes, I'm down 24% of my body weight since I started in September. I know I should still be delighted but alas I am human and... GRRRR!! I usually log in on my phone so today I really looked at my reports on the computer that go back farther and seriously all it did was tick me off. I don't see any reason why I haven't been steadily declining this past month like the others?

So tell me your pearls of wisdom. No need to remind me to be thankful for what I've accomplished. I really am happy with my overall progress... just not anywhere done yet. I already exercise regularly and mix it up high impact, low impact, body weight training, days off, etc. and know that I am getting much fitter and should probably entertain more strength training but just haven't. Any one have anything to help besides throwing weights at me forcing me to catch them out of self defense?
