Best exercises for fat burning?

Any tips?
Right now I do 30 minutes on the bike in our gym 6 evenings a week and some strength training. I just want to get the most out of my limited time in the gym :)

    are you just riding the bike at the same speed? if you are, then you should consider interval training, you'll find it more effective.
