Lost all my weight through diet, exercise for thighs

So I started using MFP last May and throughout the summer I was able to go from 205 to 170lbs. I did this though diet alone. Once I started school again I stopped losing and basically maintained throughout the year. School is almost over and I have started counting again and am down to 168 and am 5'6. My main problem is with my thighs. I would obviously want my stomach to be tighter and smaller, but its pretty flat in general. My thighs on the other hand are very dimply squishy and just big. What form of exercise should I do this summer. I was considering Zumba, Spinning, couch 2 5k or the 30 day shred. Before making recommendations just remember I am VERY out of shape, so I need to start slow.
