i haven't been able to workout in 2 days because of non-stop work. argh!! need my hour workout!

Depending on what type of work you do, you can get really creative and do a little modified workout there :happy:0

I worked in an office for like 5 years. I hated the job so much and felt like a total slob, so I quit. Straight up. Now I got a new job, 3-day weekends. 10 hour shifts. Its freaking awesome. They even pay us 3 hours a week to go work out. Kicksass.
I'd suggest finding some ways to work out. Like maybe go for a walk after you eat. Bring in some dumb-bells. You know, whatever.0 -
I go to the gym and walk on my lunch hour. It really helps considering I sit around all day.0
