Need new friends & motivation

Hi,

I am new here. My name is Zdenek, 24 years old, still studying. I am trying to lose my weight for more than 6 years, sometimes with success, sometimes not, but I do not giving up! But now I have a really big problem, I have almost 140 Kg / 308 lbs - 187 cm tall. I have only 1 worjout every day - I am go out with my dog for +/- 1 hour. O would like to start with excercise in gym and also I would like cycling (but at first I have to lose about 20 Kg). I have a problem with my will. Because I dont have any friends with same problem, I am alone on that. And if soem bad thing happen my will fail and that is the biggest problem I think. Also I have a problem with that, hmm how to name it ... for example I am learning for 2hours so I must take a "reward" for this "suffering". Also If i feel bad I eat a lot of chocolate or ice-cream. I really dont know how to stop that. Any suggestions?
