Slim in 6 - 6 day express - Plan 2

Hi -

I was wondering for those that have done the eating plan 2 from Slim in 6, do you think it would effect the program if I changed the green leafy veggies to spinach at dinner? I really just don't like any of those vegetables. I have eaten them for 2 nights, but not sure I can stomach 4 more. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

    I thought spinach was a green leafy veggie. I dunno about the change in your diet though. But I have been thinking about getting this program. How do you like it? How long have you been on it? And have you noticed any results yet? Sorry about all the questions I'm just really interested

    I do like the Slim in 6 program, but I am getting bored and still have 3.5 weeks to go. It is the same video, day after day after day after day. I have not seen any results so far, but have heard that is kinda normal w/in the first few weeks for some. I guess most of the weight comes off in the last 4 weeks while doing the last video called Burn It up. Plus, my eating hasn't been great - so that definitely doesn't help. They suggest a 6 day express eating plan to kick start your weight loss. I am glad it is only 6 days. I also thought spinach was a green leafy veggie, but your choices are kale, chard, brussel sprouts, cabbage, bok choy - and it has to be steamed. UGH.

    You should give it a shot. I can definitely tell I am getting stronger, I havent taken my measurements again, I will wait till the end of the 6 weeks. Let me know if you decide to do it.
