 Hi All,

Here I go again trying to loose weight. It has been a love hate process goin on since I was a child. When I was in my 20's I managed to loose 50 lbs. But over the year I have gained and lost 20 lbs. every few years. I have just made a move away from my friends and family and hope to start a new life style which includes a healthier diet and more exercising in the form of hiking and walking. I have found myself already binging at night. I am hoping that logging my food diary helps to check this in check.

Wish me luck. I would love to find someone who is like minded to go for walks, hikes or join and active groups.

:) Wendy

Nights are always hard for me too. I try to keep active so I don't have time to think about it. Even if I am watching a show on TV I like to make lunch for the next day, wash dishes, or even pick up around the living room. Anything to keep me moving and not just sitting on the couch.
Best of luck and if you want you can add me as a friend. I have found this website very helpful to give me perspective on what I'm eating in a day and it does curb my overeating a lot.
Love the outdoors! My husband and I enjoy kayaking and backpacking. It's a great way to get in exercise without it feeling like exercise.
