Hi everyone.
I know that this question comes up a lot but I just want some clarification in terms I can understand
I'm 5'7"
140lbs
20 years old
GW 130lbs
Currently my MFP allowance is set to lose 1lb/week which gives a net of 1380 cals/day.
Now I've heard a lot about TDEE, BMR and lots of other acronyms that I'm not too sure about!
Does this sound too high/too low to you?
Thanks in advance :flowerforyou:

Sounds about right. Try it for a week or two and if not dropping, then chage it up. Good luck!0
