Hi I've set my daily acticites as active because i'm constantly on the move with my job, I used a pedometer for last week and worked out the average calories burnt each day is 500. My question is should this be added to my net calorie goal so instead of my target which is 1500 it would be 2000?? and then i'd have to eat the 2000 to reach my target?

If your lifestyle is set at "active", then those calories are included in your daily allowance already. If you have a heart rate monitor and can actually calculate your activity level, you can also elect to set your lifestyle to "sedentary" and add the calories from your heart rate monitor yourself - it'll reflect your actual activity levels somewhat more accurately.0

No, if you accounted for the active lifestyle then you should only log exercise done beyond that which is part of the lifestyle.0
